Hello, I'm Ruby Echevarria, Founder of YMM Dental Consulting & Billing. Dentistry has been my passion for nearly 20 years. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in multiple areas of a dental practice, including dental assisting, front office administration, insurance coordination, treatment planning, office management, and revenue cycle management. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of both patient care and the financial side of running a successful dental practice.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management and maintain an active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License in Texas. My background allows me to bridge the gap between clinical operations, administrative efficiency, and financial performance.
Over the years, I discovered that many practices lose valuable revenue due to denied claims, aging accounts receivable, insurance delays, credentialing issues, and limited time for proper follow-up. I have built my career around identifying those opportunities, resolving complex insurance issues, and helping practices recover revenue they have rightfully earned.
